Lifetime ILM Approval for No Guru
We are delighted to announce we have received re-approval to deliver and administer ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Qualifications as an approved centre. This is now a “lifetime” approval and enables us to deliver :
- Leadership & Management Levels 3 and 5 (with a view to the new L7 award being added later)
- Coaching and Mentoring Levels 3, 5 and 7
We would like to thank our facilitators and internal quality assurance staff for helping to secure this as it is a measure of the quality of our work and our approach to development.
Looking forward to running more ILM programmes in the coming years.

The danger of inflated self-assessment
I’ve previously mentioned humility in leadership and it’s a theme I would like to pick up on.
The following story comes from a paper by James Kruger and David Dunning (Psychology Today, 2009) who studied cognitive bias; the tendency to inflate our own assessments of our own abilities.
No Guru secure 3 year contracts with University
We are delighted to announce we have secured 2 new contracts with Leeds Beckett University to deliver training and development within their Training and Team-building framework and suite of ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Programmes.
