Due to the changes in UK smoking legislation this company experienced a period of rapid growth which meant that they needed to recruit excellent sales executives ….quickly. As a progressive and ambitious company they were very keen to ensure they had a robust recruitment and selection process that enabled them to get not only the right skills but the right mindset to fit in with their progressive culture.

We incorporated an element of bespoke training within this programme as they asked for our assistance during an actual assessment day. We are happy to do this and our “Live” coaching helped achieve the aims of the short programme.
The Outcome
Cigarette Bins UK were immediately able to apply this during their recruitment campaign for Telesales Executives and initially 2 ideal candidates were selected. The objective of the programme however was to provide sustainability and rely less on external input to the recruitment and selection process. We are delighted that they have continued to use the tools and techniques from the programme on subsequent recruitment campaigns… without our help.
