Well, we need to spend time to make sure we really understand your issues and challenges as well as what drives you and your people. This is part of our process, what we refer to as the 4Ds…

Discover

A journey of discovery about you, your organisation, your people, your market, your clients, your competitors, your product or service… and so the list goes on. But it’s all about you. As well as consulting with you, we’ll spend time in the business talking to your managers, teams and front line staff. We'll ind out, direct from them, how it all works.

Then we’ll reflect on this… for a little while anyway.

 

Design

Next, and before you commit to anything, we provide a detailed design proposal. This will show you our findings with suggestions of how best to meet your needs. We put a lot of effort into this stage giving you all our best ideas before you’ve even signed up. We think it’s worth it and so do our clients. This way, we get your buy-in through demonstrating our understanding of your challenges and showing you how we’ll overcome them.

Deliver

Our facilitators take great pride in what they do, and are their own biggest critics. Regardless of how superlative the feedback, we always look for ways to improve each session. We build easy rapport with delegates and are often assumed to be part of the organisation. That means a lot to us.

We are your internal training resource. We just happen to be based externally.

Determine

This is the hardest bit. The follow up. And if we’re honest, it’s often where we have least influence. But it’s as important to us as it is to you. You wanted to increase customer satisfaction, enhance productivity, handle complaints better, or deliver a superior client experience. We want to know that what we did for you worked. We believe your development programme will pay for itself.  That's why we’ll commit to spending time with you after the training to ensure the new learning has been embedded, and to understand how you’ve benefited.
